Roles and Responsibilities:
– Lead the development of new pharmaceutical products from concept to commercialization.
– Conduct research to improve existing formulations and develop new drug delivery systems.
– Stay updated on the latest scientific advancements and industry trends to drive innovation.
– Manage F&D projects, including planning, execution, and timely delivery of results.
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.
– Prepare and present project reports, including research findings, progress updates, and recommendations.
– Ensure all F&D activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
– Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of research activities and results.
– customers, and vendors regarding claims /claim resolution etc.
