Job Responsibilities:
– Review the Batch records for completeness and compliance for batch release.
– To prepare the Batch Processing Record as per Master Formula Record received from R&D.
– Review of Batch Record during the manufacturing and packing activities.
– To ensure compliance of the system/ SOP on shop floor and checking of logbooks.
– To interact with the production supervisor on the non-conformance reported by IPQA personnel and discuss the corrective actions.
– To ensure calibration activity in production and in IPQA lab as per schedule.
– To review the License application to FDA new product, inclusion, additional products, COPP, FSC and other FDA related documents before submission.
– To coordinate with various departments in the plant, review the same then send the documents/samples to RA for registration.
– To review the dossiers/ registration profiles received from corporate RA and ensure compliance at site.
