Key Responsibilities:
– To maintain standard process parameters as per BMR’s and other supporting documents for achieving production target and maintaining quality.
– Prepare of Master Documents, sop preparation, BMR & BPR Requirements
– To ensure and maintain cGMP in the Plant.
– To ensure and verify Raw materials dispensing, Calibration of weighing balance
– To check the product parameters as per BMR specification, Preparation of BMR, Protocol, Amendment & Addendum
– Coordinate with QA/QC and warehouse teams for smooth process flow.
– Participate in internal audits and help with corrective action planning.
– Handle deviations, change control, CAPA, and batch release documentation
