Roles and Responsibilities:
– Requirement: Formulation of Skin Care, Hair Care, Cosmetics and Similar Products in tight schedule.
– Keeping data of Formulation.
– Developing the products according to requirement.
– tracking the market and new development
– Identify good suppliers of raw materials.
– Independently develop new formulas for skin and hair care products.
– Guide and Handle a team for processes like production, filling and packing.
– Maintenance of machinery and equipment.
– Transfer of technology from RND to production team
– Liaison with FDA department to get additional products added to portfolio.
