Key Responsibilities:
– Responsible for tablets granulation, compression, coating and packing department.
– To execute production activities in a shift by managing available resources to achieve production target.
– To maintain standard process parameters as per BMR s and other supporting documents for achieving production target and maintaining quality.
– Prepare of Master Documents, BMR And BPR.
– To ensure and maintain cGMP in the Plant.
– To check the product parameters as per BMR specification, Preparation of BMR, Protocol, Amendment & Addendum
– To ensure and verify Raw materials dispensing, Calibration of weighing balance
– To check cleaning activities as per type of change over,
– To review protocol
