Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall production of Ayurvedic department like classical and pattern proprietor,
- Proper co-ordination & communications with the unit team members for smooth & transparent supply chain operations.
- Monitoring of all inventory control processes.
- Prepare and update all required paperwork on regular basis and ensure for all inventory records.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of all stock room locations.
- Ensure that the goods are classified and stacked accordingly to its specifications and location and ensuring its boxes.
- Responsible for every products start with formulation process to end with packing as per standards.
- Should have Knowledge of Tablet, oil, Rasa-rasayan and powders.
- Maintain all production record with batch marking.
- Planning of upcoming product cycle with verify all ingredients.
- Co-operate with purchase department for necessary purchase as per planning.
- Meet all production cycle before deadlines.
- Improving in production activity for best level productivity.
- Maintain all documentation on daily basis or monthly basis.
- Ensure for all finished goods stock as per stock sheet.
- Distribute all works as per efforts of employee and take best output.
- Increase productivity towards target oriented attitude.
