Ziosta

Ziosta

Ziosta generic is associated with Stavudine 30 and 40 mg. This belongs to a class of medication known as nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, which function by interfering with the human immunodeficiency virus’s ability to replicate.

Stavudine is an antiretroviral medication that works against the human immunodeficiency virus. HIV inhibits the elongation process with the native source deoxythymidine triphosphate and involves it in viral DNA. It acts as a DNA chain terminator after it is integrated into deoxyribonucleic acid because that lacks the 3’-hydroxyl group required for elongation. Generally, this process inhibits the virus cells from spreading in the blood.

Ziosta Stavudine

An antiretroviral medication called stavudine keeps the infection from growing and decreases the amount of the infection. Antiretroviral medicine includes many inhibitors. Each one functions differently according to requirements, and the body needs them.

One of the inhibitors is a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor, which functions by avoiding HIV from converting its ribonucleic acid into deoxyribonucleic acid by minimizing the reverse transcriptase enzyme.

A non-nucleic acid transcriptase acts as an HIV suppressor, an enzyme essential for the virus’s ability to replicate. This accomplishes this by binding to a specific cell.

Protease inhibitors restrict immature human immunodeficiency virus from maturing into a virus that may spread further CD4 cells by suppressing protease.

Fusion inhibitors block the infection from adding to the host CD4 cell layer and may stop it from entering CD4 cells.

A CCR5 antagonist may inhibit the CCR5 coreceptor on the outside of immune cells, such as CD4 lymphocytes.

Integrase strand transfer inhibitors block integrase. HIV can utilize integrase to incorporate its viral DNA into the host CD4 cell's DNA.

Other inhibitors function individually in cells and may reduce the enzyme.

HIV Medicine

Ziosta contains Stavudine composition of medicine called antiretroviral therapy. HIV can lead to acquired immune deficiency syndrome by progressively weakening the immune system. The body finds it more difficult to stand against some malignancies when it loses CD4 cells.
