We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage our sales operations in the area of responsibility. We need candidates who can quickly adapt to a new environment and have a successful track record in pharma industry.
Job Description:
Education Qualification: Bachelors in B.Sc. (Preferred).
Division: Derma.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical company.
Location: Ahmedabad and Surat Headquarter.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of the Dermatology segment.
- Comprehensive pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience, including meeting doctors and chemists and managing the distributors.
- Candidate should be aware of channel sales discipline and operations like distributors, dealers, retailers, etc.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet sales targets and goals.
- Responsible for achieving primary as well as secondary targets month after month for the HQs assigned.
- Present information in a concise, straight forward, and convincing manner.
- Maintain a strong relationship with potential clients and doctors, and resolve inquiries that come in.
- Working closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
